I mix some jam, preserves, agave, whatever I got and always sprinkle in a little sweetener if I'm not mixing it with something else. Or ranch seasonings when making dressing

Power crunch mint when I want a chocolate bar, which is rarely. It's bigger than skinny cow and not as sickly sweet as a snickers or kit Kat :) I also really like kind bars way more but that's not a protein bar I guess.

I do it all the time. I can't eat when I'm working so usually I just eat near my calorie budget before work since I hate eating late. I don't really call it fasting, I just call it "eating when I can cook for myself" instead of stressing over a healthy dinner outside
