Ditch the cheese and add veggie toppings. Make sure to tell them not to drizzle any extra olive oil on top! Then you can add seasoning, parm, chili pepper, whatever from your table and you can eyeball how much parm goes on your pizza

I actually like eating tofu cold out of the packet with a drizzle of ponzu sauce and some furikake seasoning or basically seaweed, sesame, and bonito flakes.

Oh my goodness apples and peanut butter is like cake for me. You've inspired me to eat this tomorrow morning lol. If it's sweet it pleases me, I don't think apples and PB are any less awesome than a slice of brownie. Generally I guess I eat a lot of Greek yogurt with marmalade instead of ice cream or something

@_A_Real_Mouthful I agree Bloodborne has incredible fluidity and I adore it so much I bought a ps4 for soulsborne lol... My favorite to play was DS2 tho, very enjoyable. Demons Souls is still my favorite esthetics-wise

It's the one you make in your mouth! Hah... There is no "fat burning" smoothie OP but maybe some ice and some of your favorite fruits together would make a nice slushee treat. Pretty basic stuff. My personal favorite would be a yogurt, banana, and blueberry smoothie with lots of ice.

Well with all that's said above sometimes adding a garden salad to any meal helps round out your meal. Also drinking 32oz of water along side your meal will not only help with water intake but it may help make you feel fuller.

I'm also a chronic coffee hater... I just chug it black and room temp. If you want it to taste good maybe add some coffee grounds to baked goods or shakes?

If you'd like to start making food with less bread, first step is to just not buy it. See what you can do with what you've got in your house -bread. :) lettuce wraps, bowls, stews, and zoodles are fun to use!
