So, I was thinking about using my old supplements which were all open. They don't expire until 11/16 so should it be OK? I tasted them and they're fine. And secondly how much should one worry about amino acids if you're trying to get into some moderate cardio? I used to do elliptical for an hour and burned about 500+ cals…

Noosa brand Yoghurt
...I love this stuff so much. I could make a meal out of it with a side of some sliced veggies or fruit. Coconut and pumpkin are my favorite flavors. After discovering full-fat yoghurt I can't go back :) Is anyone else here a fan?
