Actually I started out on "The Daily Plate" all some years ago.

I'm 5'0, I believe my starting weight was 180lbs, and now I'm 110lbs

It has taken me over the course of about sixty months to understand myself truly. I've had some road bumps, a few family tragedies, jobs, and relationship issues but all and all I've come through to myself as a new person. I've maintained a healthy lifestyle for a year or so now and understand my relationship with food much better. I still have some work to do since my body isn't where I wan't to be yet, however I'm just in the mood to share. I'm not feeling all that well today so I thought a little pat-on-the-back would pick me up.

Anyway heres the links to before:

I posted on another forum, so forgive me if you've already seen these pictures. I'm definitely not perfect with my eating habits, but I've come to understand shorties like me require less sustenance and to generally stay away from denser foods. I've also found my passion in cycling- particularly fixed gear cycling. I also really like exercising now at my home gym, I turn on some music and feel better.

Amazing accomplishment! You look fantastic, and you look like you feel fantastic too. It's so hard for us shorties, every pound looks like two. Then again, same goes for when they start coming off! Go, you!

Thank you everyone... what's really funny to me is that these pictures were taken over sixty months apart. That's more than 5 years apart. So I'm 5 years older and I look younger? AWESOME! Now I don't have to feel bad creeping up to my 30s!
