Hi Tom The little bundle is my 5th grandchild :smile: the insurance is for work and I will get to 39 BMI :smiley:

Hi in 2012 I managed to lose 112 pounds for a charity cycle ride, since then I have put some weight back on but not all of it (thank god) I have just joined the community side and My aim is to lose 100+ pounds. Would be a great idea to have 100+ club of people to really keep each other going. Add me
