  • Good effort!!
  • I don’t mind paying a bit of it’s recommended as I want something that will last I can’t see it paying too much but I guess clothes notebook rope wash kit 16oz gloves boots head guard that sort of things
  • It would say depends on your training method I would say so volume and session intensity and rest of diet. Like posters above I would say make sure your getting enough protein first, money MAY be better spent on a protein powder to help with this.

  • I did a Germany Body Composition Routine when I wanted to loose fat but depends how experienced you are in the gym. Maybe google it and see what you think?
  • I use one to pretty much cook all my meat, so easy and convenient, I have been using them 10+ years now. I would definitely recommend one with removable grills to make it possible to soak and clean it easily.
  • another vote for ON Gold Standard here
  • How serious do you take the crossfit? Is that your only / main exercise? Do you want to just focus on that. I guess what I mean is do you want to day keep dropping BF, Get Stronger, Add muscle? You need a rough idea of what you want to achive but if you like where things are going just keep doing it.
  • There are lots of free online plans you can follow......it will make a massive difference in my opinion whatever route you decide to go.
  • ^^^^This A full body program is a good place to start, compound lifts will work your arms plenty, I never train just arms and very very rarely would do a pure arm exercise and my arms are one of my best muscle groups and that is from compound lifts as mentioned above
  • Well done, how have you managed to do it? what you looking to achieve going forward?
  • During the week I have to make it at work so I scramble 3 eggs in the microwave, sometimes depending on where I am at in my program I will have some chorizo in there as well as tat makes it taste amazing. Weekend currently its omelette 5 egg whites and 2 whole eggs with leeks and onion etc.
  • I would go for the wed and Saturday and then do a more specific traditional hypertrophic lifting program around that so effectively use the Crossfit for cardio
  • You can try cooking something like a simple Chilli on a Sunday and keep it in the fridge that way when you get chance to eat you can microwave it with some micro veg and its ready there and then. Seems like your only eating the sugary food as that's convenient so you need to try and get a more balanced alternative…
  • Personally it would look like too much training to me if you want to build I cant see how you will recover as the WODs will (should be) very intense. Does your box follow a set training schedule? if so I would try and build some full body workouts in around days when less intense lifting at the box and use the box more for…
  • I would say 7 sites is minimum, also depends a lot on who is measuring them there are two PT at my gym that have done me and they differ by a few % the reading on my tricep for one where I know the fat is very minimal. If he has only done 30 measurements prob not that accuate also did he take two or three per site and…

  • you can get squat stands for much less than $400 look on gumtree or ebay for squat rack or stands eventually one will come up near where you live. In mean time do either front squats or Overhead squats you will need to decrease the weight for both compared to your back squat

  • This for me too different calorie goals for weekends and also to set macros by gram
  • Preworkout / Coffee (with some fat) can help concentration and focus. If your workouts are long you might want to consider an intra workout to keep you going I tend to mix BCAA Glutamine and some carbs that I start 30min in
  • Monday I found a puppy/dog running around at side of road, no collar, but looked well looked after I knocked on a door and they didn't know whose it was so took it home, called council and eventfully local dog warden collected it. Turns out it had escaped from garden a few roads away and I am sure it would have been run…
  • do you have gym equipment at home? what is your current body comp like do you need to loose fat first before looking to build muscle?
  • I am definitely guessing that they dont
  • .....but then I sometimes will eat a spoonful of coconut oil if feeling really hungry between meals...seems to help but sounds a bit horrible
  • coconut oil for me very heathly in terms of nutrition but not low kcal
  • interested to know what Street Parking is, I did Crossfit for a couple of years and really liked it but back at a regular gym now. Still like to do the open workouts each year.
  • I have used loads over the years Pre Jym, C4, and loads of others but now back to black coffee / espresso with MCT (or you could use coconut) oil. I really find this seems to work better than the ones you mix up.

  • For those wondering during my bulking phase I was using "Mountain Dog Training" and "MI40" now I am cutting using a program on T Nation called GH Circuits reloaded its similar to a German Body Composition program I have done before. I am only doing this as a hobby not looking to compete etc, but I would like to get BF sub…
