Well done for joining the gym. Are you working with a trainer or was it just and introduction session? If the latter you should be still able to ask the gym trainers to draw you up a program. This will be a good place to start as they can base it on the equipment at your gym and if you are not sure you can ask them. Also…

I would agree with the above. You are better off spending the money on decent food and maybe protein, you can add the multi vitamin and maybe some fish oil if you don't eat much oily fish. Also 6 weeks seems short epically if going to revert to fat burning straight after. Whats your goal? If you still have fat to burn why…

I would slowly increase carbs each week until u reach a point u think fat might me increasing if that makes sense u also could increase protein a touch but 1-1.5g per lb is the ranges recommended most places
-
I would recommend what I always do for people looking to do fat burning rountines at home.....kettle bells. Lots of great fat burning HIIT workouts you can do also u can get them cheap especially used
-
How to u look do you look different could u be burning fat but adding muscle if in the gym lots more, never just go on the scale
-
Depends on how I am currently eating and training but I think nearly everyone would benefit from fish oil. Also if u live in the U.K. Like me vitamin d and a decent multi vitamin I guess
-
Seems like a lot from a snake given total kcal as poster said above how many g per lb and how much from real food

You are still masivy up on where u was 2 years ago so don't beat yourself up. Just start again from where u are now and as u have done it before you…

I would do some sort of HIIT or kettle bell program so weights and cardio, I assume that 30min cardio u meant in orginal oostbis steady state cardio which I rarely see the point in doing

Ok my go too ingredients (other than protein powder) Unsweetened almond milk mega low kcal and much nicer than water Almond butter if u want to add fats Frozen spinach cube adds thickness and nutrients and u won't hardly of at all taste it

Fair enough but my understanding would be to get there you would need to target a date and have a plan to hit it then and like u said u could stay there for long
-
Bethany good luck do you know where to start? You want to reduce slowly so it's more sustainable maybe track what you have over a week and see what that comes out like and see if there are any easy wins. You planning on doing any excerise?
-
Totally agree with usmcmp not sure why u would want to be sub 10% unless u was going on stage or photoshoot ie short period. You should look great at 10%

I think could maybe be the problem lots of fruit equals lots of carbs and kcal. I do think u need to track food closer as it will save u time in the long run I put it off for years but now I do it makes life much easier

Try more veg less fruit could be easy change
