Monna - I feel you! Sometimes it just seems too hard. I'm stuck in a rut but am working on getting back on the bandwagon. One thing that I find can help is to celebrate small successes. I have positive sayings posted all over my house - on the fridge, in the pantry, etc. These remind me why I am doing what I am doing.…
