For the first two months, I was doing Inferno from DailyBurn pretty regularly. I really enjoyed it and it's a great workout, but then I went on vacation and got busy with work, and fell out of the routine. For the past month I've just been walking to and from work (3 miles roundtrip), but I also tightened up my logging so…

I'm 5'6, 139 lbs in the first set and 124 lbs now. My goal is about 120. I feel like that sounds very light for my height, but as you can see I have a small frame and small chest, so I don't carry extra weight in a very flattering way! Thank you for your kind words, everyone!

Since I don't eat meat, it's an easy way to get extra protein. And it's a quick breakfast. I agree with the others, though - it won't keep you full as…

What does the pomegranate do? I love pomegranate but I've never heard of it as a preworkout!

You're definitely not alone! When I started working out and drinking protein shakes regularly, my face was breaking out worse than ever. (I'm in my mid-20s and had never had acne problems before.) Not sure if it was something in the protein (soy, as others have said) or if it was just due to more sweat, but I ended up…
