I am looking into preworkout and have tried a sample of fuel pump v3 and it seemed good, but have done research and it seems 1mr is very popular and helpfull as well.
My question is has anyone tried both ? What is the better choice I have found 1mr for $18 50 servings shipped vs pump for $62 shipped 30 servings. This is my first post so hope I have it in the right section! Thank you !

The better choice would be drinking a coffee or bying some cheap energy drink for the caffeine and sugar, which does basically the same. Half the ingredients that are advertised don't do much if anything.

I am not a coffee person and energy drinks seem to not do it for me . Very fast response thank you.

See if you can get sample packs and compare them. Pre- work outs effect people differently, certain ones do nothing for me, others give me horrible niacin flush and some make me jittery as hell. The problem with pre-workouts is you'll adapt very quickly to them even with the maximum dose, so you may find you either have to cycle them or switch brands frequently.

You can just as easily make your own which may be a cheaper option and you can customize it as you need to.

Tried both. Both worked equally well for me; I had a hard time with the 1mr.. Too sweet for my liking. I tried them at work (I work in a supplement store) and to be honest I would never use them for a workout.

I find that a simple shot of pomegranate concentrate and drinking electrolytes works best for me.

If energy drinks and things like soda have little to no effect on you, then preworkout drinks will probably have a similar effect. It's why I don't take them. Caffeine does not effect me.

But if you do want to try, i agree with @ironmaiden4life, see if you can get a few sample packs.

    It depends on what you're looking for...energy (caffeine)?....focus (taurine)?....pump (citrulline)?...endurance (beta alanine)?...strength (creatine)?

Keep in mind that a lot of the packaged preworkouts are chronically underdosed and you'll have to take more than the suggested serving size to receive any of the benefits.

Caffeine pills are cheap and effective and don't taste like coffee. :)

What does the pomegranate do? I love pomegranate but I've never heard of it as a preworkout!

Can get more samples and try out different things. Friend of mine uses Muscletech Anarchy and says its insanely good too.

I do know alot of ppl who love bpi 1mr vortex, the aminos and pump it offers is great. Go for one that is of good value and has your money's worth and not too expensive and can last a bit.
