I just feel like two people of the same stats can burn hugely different amounts of calories per day. Like true, there's an average but an average does nothing to define an individual person. Imo, I could not possibly eat everything I ate yesterday +400 cals and still lose 2lbs a week.

Just doing what two professionals told me is fine for me..if you doubt that's ok too..but 2400 cals to lose two pounds just seems insane to me.

Well I kicked my horrible soda habit (5+ cans a day) by using mio and diet sodas instead and over time I just stopping drinking those outside of moderation...I too have trouble with cookies and brownies ...maybe we both should look for low cal alternatives ??

Growing up with these sort if symptoms maybe I've become desensitized to them? I'm just realizing how crazy it was not having them during the 3 months I've been watching my diet. I wonder if it was 1 or a couple things that cause it for me, or just bad eating in general?

In regards to the apple pie post ..I stated that I was unusually hungry that day, so I was going to eat more calories, which I did. I'm not sure what your issue with me is? If you don't like my posts maybe just don't read them? Also thanks everyone else for being productive for the conversation.

I've lost 45lbs in about 3 or 4 months, just watching calories. But if I do wanna have something amazing (like the picture linked) I'll usually fill up on low cal foods like a ton of veggies and water through out the day, to bank up enough cals, so I dont go over TOO much :]

Try vodka? A shot it like 60 cals so it's a bit easier to get drunk off fewer cals

I still eat all the same things I did, just not as often. The only thing I wont touch is non-diet soda, because its just tooooo easy to get a tots of calories that do nothing to fill my belly...As far as food? How could anyone find this Blonde beer, bacon cheese burger, and tons with a side of ranch disgusting??? BTW…

I like to wait until late in the day to eat. .that way I can have big meals and stay within my calorie goals..and if I get really hungry early in the day, I might eat high volume foods like veggies to hold me over =)
