Raw, boneless, skinless, chicken thigh CALORIES
Any idea what it is per oz? I've seen from 30 to 45cal per oz, and was wondering what tall would suggest I log? Just go down the middle at like 38 calories per oz??

Started at 337, now I'm 207.2. I actually put the scale away, over the next few months I'm going to try to get down below 200 but I don't care enough to keep track at this point. Point is, it's time to move on with my life to other goals. So stoked!!

Stair Climbing Calories?
Lately for cardio, I've been jogging/walking up and down my stairs at home. I'm just curious how many calories yall think I burned today: Im 29, 215lb male. Ever had a near "perfect" day of eating?
I mean obv. calories are super close..but also ever had all your macros close, while not going over on sodium and sugar and such? 100lb loss, fat on legs feels wierd.
I've noticed a change in the way my upper legs feel. Before I lost the weight, my quads would feel pretty smooth..like a consistent layer of fat throughout.. Lost 6lb today! LOL!
Normally I'm at my lightest when I wake up, and can gain 6lb easy thru a day of eating and drinking. At 6am I weighed in at 239lb, and went to work. Body wants to be a certain size?
Do you ever feel this way? Seems like my body doesn't gain weight easily after this point where I'm at (235lb), and it certainly doesn't lose weight easily.. I realize this is fairly irrational, and you'll definitely lose weight if you maintain a caloric deficit, but I'm just wondering if anyone else ever feels this way =)

High fat diet = low cholesterol and triglycerides??
With like 40% of my calories coming from fats, I expected to get blood test results showing high "bad" cholesterol and triglycerides.
