Maybe it's been discussed here but I don't know..opinions? Any of yall been able to keep weight off for a long time??

    define "long" time...

    I started in 2013...it's 2016 and I have never gotten above my "comfort zone" weight.

    so yah I guess so...

    Maybe I heard wrong, but it sounds like one "expert" promoted the starvation mode myth.

    The reason they gained it all back is: 1. they never learned to eat right 2. lost weight fast 3. doing very, very low calories and 4. over exercising (who does 8 + hours of exercise :o every day, unless of course your an athlete)
