define "long" time...
I started in 2013...it's 2016 and I have never gotten above my "comfort zone" weight.
so yah I guess so...0 -
Maybe I heard wrong, but it sounds like one "expert" promoted the starvation mode myth.0

I do suggest doing a forum search. A great thread is entitled "Don't let the Biggest Loser article be an excuse".2

The reason they gained it all back is: 1. they never learned to eat right 2. lost weight fast 3. doing very, very low calories and 4. over exercising (who does 8 + hours of exercise every day, unless of course your an athlete)3
