I have a vivofit 2 and i put in my workouts on mfp when i sync my steps for the day it only puts in thr remaining calories i burn that i havent accounted for on mfp..

I started with 10 lb weight and 25 lb kettle bells and do super sets I actually need to go up in weight now. That was a good way for me to start so I didn't start to heavy and hurt myself .if you can do 3 sets of something and not struggle the weight is too light

I had that same problem my first week. So now I will eat a banana or something to make sure I make it to 1200 even if I'm not hungry. I do this because I read somewhere it's not recommended for women to go under1200 and men 1500

I'm doing different workouts so I don't get bored . Tabata intervals, free weights, walking/running,strong curves I started this week I will do this 4 x a week with every workout,and I have enough videos to start a store lol

Hi I'm Andreia my goal weight is 160...for my height I should probably be around 145 but many centuries ago I weighed 145 and looked skinny and sick so I'm hoping I'll keep my curves at 160

I have the same problem ..i do heel drops ,elevate my foot as much as i can and during sleep, soak in warm water and epsom salt before working out and ice after workout..

I totally understand ..it makes it harder when you have friends constantly wanting to go out to eat or tell you oh no you should be eating more..feel free to add me and dont give in to temptation.

One more question ..do i need to eat back my calories that are subtracted for exercise..for example 1200 cal in -200 cal for exercise=1000 cal do i need to make up for that 200 calories for weight loss
