I just wanted to post in here and tell everyone lifting is the bomb...i wasnt really seeing the scale move so i decide to try lifting ..its been 30 days and ive lost 4 inches in my hips ,my butt is lifted some(im 40 im trying to beat gravity lol)and ive lost almost 4 lbs last week and 3.5 this week .i tend to eat more on…

Hi im new to the group and am on 1200 cal a day...was thinking about cutting back on carbs but was wondering if that is a good idea or not considering the daily cal intake?

Can you figure out your calorie burn by checking pulse and putting an average in a calculator?if so where can I find a good calculator to use?

Insanity..
I finished week one of insanity. Since today is a rest day for insanity i want to do a yoga workout and i also want to do some upper body supersets at least twice a week ..has anybody finished insanity and did you do other workouts with it?

i am noticing anytime I go under 100 carbs I crash big time( even when my fat and protein are high) I'm thinking I shouldn't go under and cross my fingers and hope I can still lose weight ughhh
