Hi im new to the group and am on 1200 cal a day...was thinking about cutting back on carbs but was wondering if that is a good idea or not considering the daily cal intake?

    Hi new here too. Cutting back on carbs depends on 2 things, your preferences and how many you have. Eating too many for me bloats me and makes me sluggish but I enjoy some without any concerns. Don't get too hung up on one food group, aim for balance and adjust things as you go along. You are in control and there is no need to starve. Proteins, vegetables & water for me are Very Important.
