anybody have any thoughts on tabata intervals?

    I LOVE TABATA AND HIIT! I get bored easily when working out, but because of the intensity and the constant changing from one exercise to the next, I am not bored and I actually look forward to doing the workouts. I have gained so much energy and my endurance has improved.

    I have been doing HIIT - Tabata off and on since January, but really committed to it in April, 2015. I love the workouts and have noticed a great deal of change in my body. In less than 2 months I have lost over 11.5 inches over my entire body! I have lot more to lose, but I am off to a great start thanks to HIIT & Tabata!

    On HSNBC they have Radius workouts (for free) Monday - Friday at 6am & 6:30am. Now I want to start incorporating weights by doing HIIT/Tabata & weight training!

    I agree they help me not get bored I have actually added strength training into my workouts and love the burn lol.
