I have tried using the odd on my phone .I have a Samsung s8 and I'm able to write/type in my weights and reps on the spreadsheet downloaded to my phone . I also write out what I'm doing on a piece of paper and write in my weights/ reps as I go

I started lifting again and am doing strong lifts 5×5 I use the app on my phone . I also add accessory from strong curves (ie.hip thrusts, bridges,walking lunges etc.) Some days I add cleans and snatches because I love doing them

Im far from an expert but from what i noticed on myself but doing squats,deadlifts,wt. hip thrusts,glute bridges,deadlifts ,my butt is looking nice its not bigger but it hasnt gone away but then again it could be my waist is going down so it my butt just appears the same..not much help but it cant hurt you to continue…

From my understanding they are for steady state cardio ..i have a vivofit 2 that i bought in june and used until 2 weeks ago was pretty useless for my lifting and i alternate between circuit training and kickboxing ..in the beginning it was a helpful to help get up and move more..hope this helps.

I was 213 starting out cw 180..5'4 ..i started in 1200 cal..added in cardio and realized 1200 was too low for me .so i upped it to 1400 added in strength training and realized that wasnt enough ..i am now eating between 1500- 1800 cal netting between 1200-1500..basically my whole point is 1200 cal is not hard if sedentary…

Im aware of that .thats why i said can and considering kettlebells arent steady state cardio you wouldnt know if you ever burned that or not but thanks.

I read somewhere kettlebell workouts can burn 20 calories a minute..maybe cut that per minute in half and create your own workout.

I have vivofit 2 ...any step based exercises dont need to be put into mfp because the garmin is counting them.make sure you are using the correct time when logging on mfp ...not sure why you are getting a negative though .i do know when i log exercises on mfp my vivofit will only give me the difference in burn depending on…

I havent had a problem with mine syncing ..bit i did notice after you do a certain amount of steps for so long you have to get more steps in order to get a calorie burn for them ex...i was at 10,000 steps had to go to 15,000 steps to show a burn now that ive been doing 15000 steps for awhile i have to hit 17,000 or higher…

I have read the book and did first break in workout yesterday. I was going to skip the break in but it's recommended not to skip it no matter how experienced you think you are. I'm actually glad I read it .

I dislike yoga but have noticed doing it at least 15 minutes 3 times a week really helps and feels great.
