The secrecy is a standard MLM tactic. Gets old and boring very quickly.
I think I'll stick with UAC (Ultimate Accountability Challenge). Run each month. Non-weight based challenge group to track inputs, keep in calorie budget and do at least 20 mins exercise each day. Forms the right sort of habits.
Sounds easy, but it's tougher than most think.

Not sure I'd be up for that... Perhaps I'll blend up a couple of slices with protein powder and see how I go. I tried blending a salad once, didn't go so well.0
