  • Its taken me 45 days to lose 5 lbs and 4 inches off and im happy..in the beginning its easy to get in a mindset of im going to lose weight and i want it off now ..patience is the key .it takes time .you can do this!

  • I have a vivofit 2 and only sunc with the garmin app once every night ..i noticed as my activity level increased garmin gave me no calorie adjustment for 10000 steps and upped my goal to 15000 steps..also when putting in workouts i have to make sure that i put in the correct time i workout so the garmin wont double count…

  • Im on my second week of insanity ..i love it! I think results may be different for different ppl ive heard several ppl say they lost inches but very little weight and some ppl said they lost both...because i have the time right now im doing 2 a days ..insanity in am..and a walk/run interval in the evening.
