  • I'm new to the group as well. I am almost a complete beginner. I am running for weight loss and training for a 5k on September 20th. My goal for August is 55 miles.
  • I'm aiming for 55 miles for August. I will wrap up my first week of training for a 5k this week, so combining running and walking, I think I can hit the 55 goal. I walked 2.0 miles today.

  • My actual weigh in day is Saturday, but since last Saturday, I've lost 2.5 lbs. All of the running and strength training is paying off!
