Been on Usana for 5 days. So full from shakes- not getting enough calories. Just not hungry and forgetting to eat. Thanks. Trying to jump start some weight loss. Have 35 lbs. to lose. Love how simple the shakes are- just water, ice, shake mix- blend. I feel very full. Not craving sugar so much. Craving a big salad though.

I'm on day two of reset. Heard about it in a book about menopause. Like the shakes. Snack bars are so sugary. No hungry at all.
