I'm down 19Lbs so far. I eat around 1500 Kcal a day, I am avoiding foods with added sugar and eating moderate carbs

Basically you put on weight if you eat more calories than you burn.

Fat and protein keep you fullest longest followed by complex carbs
-
Protein and fat will keep you feeling fuller longer

Only benefit I have found on a moderate carb intake is I feel fuller longer so don't have any cravings

I get mine in meat haven't felt the need for protein supplements

I get all my sugar from that naturally in the food I eat
-
I am eating low/moderate carb and logging, I am eating a deficit of about 1K calories a day - the bonus for me is that I don't feel hungry between meals
-
log everything and good luck, I have eliminated processed sugar, lost almost a stone so far, my max carb intake has been 90 on one day but usually around 60-80 great thing is I don't feel hungry all the time as you are diabetic consult your doctor regularly
-
We keep a bar of 90% chocolate in the fridge - I have a square from time to time - I'm the sort of person that can take or leave chocolate - I'm the sort of person that can leave a bar of milk chocolate alone but when I have just a small piece I can then eat a lot
-
Just had a look at her website, I'm always suspicious of those trying to sell you something
-
Have you tried the 90+% chocolate, a little goes a long way
-
Today is the first day in two weeks where I have not been feeling hungry, hope it continues :)
-
This And as long as you are eating a deficit you should still lose weight

I would second this, I got myself to love good black coffee - means minimal hassle when out and about and I get the full flavour of the coffee. Best thing I have bought in last 5 years is my bean to cup machine
