  • Hi! Another MFP newbie here, for the first time in my life I've managed to keep my diet going all week, so I'm very keen to see how far I can take this, been wanting to lose a bit for a long time but this is the first time it's started to work. Didn't partake in the thread for round 15, but started last week on 71.6kg…
  • Well I'm not making it up, I made the account and it gave me a goal of 1200 a day. I'm not sure what you are trying to say, I just wanted to shift this weight asap. I think eating more than that would be a problem and slow me down.
  • I do it twice a week, I am 20pounds heavier than I would like to be but everyone goes at their own pace, it's great, burns about 300 calories in 25 minutes, the longer ones even more.
  • MFP suggested I ate 1000-12000 a day to lose weight, so just under 1000 was my goal to take into account inaccuracies

  • Also a 34E and I do a lot of running, I have 2 new shock absorber sports bras that are great (about £30+ though!) before that or if they are both in the wash I will just use another high strength one combined with a t-shirt bra. Tends to work out ok
