  • Yes exactly..yes I use both myfitnesspal and youfood. It makes a good addition to myfitnesspal cuz I can go back and see what I ate..if I ate poorly,overate accidentally or ate well getting fruit and veggies. You can clearly see the good,bad,and ugly after logging the food you eat.
