If I can help it I will avoid eating eggs...are there any eggless recipes someone can suggest for me for breakfasts? Or an alternative to stuff with eggs in it that I like to eat like French toast

Hi Lauren..thanks :) I'm doing ok but sometimes its hard cuz I get tempted to just randomly pig out on some potato chips or eat more than I should but so far I haven't lost control yet lol my calorie deficit is higher 1477 calories per day but I've been able to lose weight so its exciting! :)

I think I stress drink or emotionally drink pop sometimes cuz of the caffeine and carbonation I think and I used to binge on potato chips but sometimes I slip up on that but not always

I use an app called youfood so I can take pictures of my food before I eat it so it posts it to the app and its like a visual food diary in addition to using myfitnesspal to log my food..I also use endomodo that tracks the calories I burn when I walk,dance or any other activities

Protein balls that I recently tried out are filling cuz they have chia seeds and oats in them. They are just peanut butter,oats,honey,chia seeds and vanilla rolled into ball shapes. They make pretty good filling snacks
