I don't exactly have a medical reason to cut salt out...I just have been noticing that after I do yoga or walking or some sort of exercise it seems like my legs get bigger. Thanks maybe it is water weight but I wish I could get rid of it. If I don't drink much water does that maybe affect me at all? I drank some water today but I can't get myself to drink a lot of water on a consistent basis or in large amounts.

My lower belly is still there but I'm losing something kinda in my gut area. I'm losing weight in the places that I don't care about losing weight in so its weird...although what if lost can only help me fit into smaller jean sizes so I think that's good

I have the same problem...for me it seems like I'm losing weight just below my stomach,above my stomach and a little bit in my back. Everywhere but my lower belly.

Thanks I might try a walking routine or going the rec center at the clubhouse that is in the trailer park I live in cuz I know they have a gym there that I could simply shoot hoops in the gym. Its a matter of getting off my lazy butt and doing something instead of staying at home being a couch potato lol
