Hi last night I had a huge salad bowl and added a slice of roast beef, 1 oz of cheddar cheese and a hard boiled egg for my protein. Tonight I made Red Thai Salmon fillets with broccoli, brussel sprouts and 2 sweet potato wedges that were grilled. [/quote] Mmmm sounds good we have salmon planned for Thursday :-)

Hello :-) I'm completely scatty when it comes to food. I keep my diary open so my sister in law can keep an eye because I tend to mislead myself with portion sizes lol. I rarely cook so eat what hubby cooks. Thankfully he's trying hard during the week to keep me on the straight and narrow

Mine was meant to say calorie counting oops!
-
Ha I leave mine open coz my sister in law helps me with my cavity counting and keeps me honest. She's a weight watchers pro so she knows how to calorie count
-
What's the bar recipe?

Lovely day for a stroll not too hot and definitely not humid

What did you have? I know you keep your diary private so I can't nose!
