I agree this may be the issue too...I'm new to it so like you said that may be the reason...I did notice that it wasn't bad at all today...i also drunk more water today as well which could've helped

Yea what you described is exactly how I feel..and it's typically 30 mins right after breakfast with the olive oil..maybe the yolk from the 2 eggs and the olive oil combined is too much fat?

I agree with both of you! It's just a tablespoon lol but the problem may be that I'm eating it uncooked..I just wanted to consume all of it because if I cooked with it most of it would be lost

I'll try grassfed butter instead and see if that works better for me...I just made the post to see if anyone went through the same thing with the olive oil but seems like it's not a common thing..thanks for the feedback:)

I just added it to my diet last week...didn't feel like this until then so that's how I know it's the oil

Haven't changed anything but eliminated carbs the meals r the same except I'm adding olive oil

I was wondering the same thing but idk...when I cook with the store brand cooking spray I have no issues but I'm not sure if its the olive oil kind

I'm pouring over a tablespoon over each dish I meal prep for breakfast and dinner...I didn't cook with it because I thought it would be hard to consume the entire serving so I poured it over my food instead..do you think that's why it's causing the bloat and gas?

I'm having the same issue! My m400 is saying I'm burning way more than I think I am..my ft7 was right on...have you fixed it?

Having the same issue! I think its way higher than it's supposed to be it can't be accurate... It says I burned 790 calories in 45 mins ain't no Way...my ft7 was way more accurate

you can lose weight either way but depleting your glycogen means burning fat faster?

right and when I ask them why do they want to go into ketosis they say it's because fat is burned faster. so is that what happens?
