What you thinking about intermittent fasting?
I have been reading up on this all night and I am thinking about trying it out this weekend. basically you fast for 16 to 20 hours and then eat your daily calorie during the 4-8 timeframe and exercise during the fast part of the day. Do you all know anyone who done it? What are your thoughts?

3500 CALORIES CLARIFICATION ?
So I know 3500 equals a lb. Saturday i had a mega cheat day and ate about 3500 cals in total which made me about 2240 over my goal for the day....do you gain weight if you 3500 over your maintenance goal or if you just eat 3500 cals a day period? My mainenance goal is 2240 I think....

I really want one of the new Polar HRM watches that also tracks your steps. I been wanting both devices but I figured it's best to have them in one! Do you all recommend the polar or a diff brand? I'm still on my learning curve about all this fitness stuff so this may sound like a dumb question but why is it so important to reach your target heart rate? Is that the rate you should be at to get the most out your workout? The higher your heart rate the more cals you burn right?

GOING OVER CALORIE GOAL
My calorie deficit is 1280 a day...when i calculated my maintenance goal on here it was 2280...so does that mean any time i go over my calorie deficit (1200) but stay under my mainenance goal (2280) that means I won't gain weight??

I usually go the gym every day after wrk and burn at least 600 calories...do you guys think i should cut it down to only 3 or 4 times a week instead of 5...or to see great results I need to stick to my mon thro friday routine? The more opinions the better :)

Cardio vs strength training
I must say I am a beast with my cardio and that's all I usually do in the gym....is it bad if I don't strength train? What's the advantages besides the toning part? I wanna lose my weight 1st n then tone so can I skip strength training 4 right nw ? Or does it aid n weight loss along with the cardio?
