How do i measure how many calories burned when doing exercises like t25,riding a bike, at home dvd exercises etc.? At the gym the machines tell you but what do I do for these. Mfp always over estimates like extremely lol

I would find the general terms. "Cardio". Riding a bike should just be on there as riding a bike... But either way, MFP will totally overestimate it. xD; I would just be careful if you eat back calories, to only eat back a fraction of what it says was burned. [I try not to eat them back, myself]0

Eat back 50% and then adjust based on your rate of loss over time. So if you are losing faster than expected over a month based on your deficits, then eat back more. Losing slower, eat back less (and tighten up your logging).0
