I am starting to participate in group exercises such as zumba, body pump, cardio kick etc and I was just wondering what is the most accurate way of logging cals burned? MFP over estimates tremendously I think and they have charts at the gym of the ranges of how many calorie you can burn for each excerise but how can I get as accurate as possible???? I don't want to over estimate and eat more cals then I should but I don't want to under estimate and end up depriving myself of cals...
