I love the Y here! They have all the Les mills classes, alot of events and programs you can participate in and best thing of all they watch my kiddo while I workout. Just an amazing gym

I agree with marsinah!!! What i do is if the restaurant provides nutritional info on their website I log it and then calculate about 10% and add that as well to cover the butter and other hidden ingredients that the restaurant probably didn't calculate...So for example if my meal was 100 calories I would log 110 just to…

Yeah I usu Yeah I usually do weigh in on fridays but when I cheat on a wknd I usually want to see how much damage I have done so that's why I do it occasionly on mondays but I will cut that out considering allt he factors you guys gave me! How does change of exercise affect? I love learning new things!

Ok makes sense. But i was just afraid i was gonna step on the scale tomorrow and see that i gained a lb! It seems like every time I have a cheat DAY on a wknd I gain a lb when i go to get on the scale the following Monday . it's so frustrating

I can def relate to NUMBER 2 and 4!!!!! Every time I drink, I can't ever stick to my goal but the alcohol alone are high in calories so that's the major issue with that lol and I just recently discovered how healthy sweet potatoes are and I couldn't believe it!
