I can relate! I’ve tried this A few times. The main issue is holding myself accountable so I can totally relate. And I do not have a support system either my husband doesn’t Pay too much attention. I’m gonna start logging my food and walking tomorrow I would like to start lifting exercises to gain some muscle that’ll help…
