I'm set at 1200 per day. I'm not sure if I'll be able to stay with that - I'm training for a half marathon and on those long run days I am starving all day! Hopefully this will make me make smarter choices, though. :smile:

How are you doing? I am also gluten and dairy free and training for a half marathon! I'm in the 1200 calorie range and will be staring the program tomorrow.
