who would actually go onto someone's property???? Are they crazy? I would not go anywhere on private property, maybe if the person was out in the yard gardening or what not I may ask them but to knock on their door and disrupt whatever they are doing?

I got a bunch of free soft pretzels when the pretzel place was shutting down for the night, so today's lunch was a soft pretzel, heated up with ham and cheese melted on top, some smart pop popcorn and part of a Hershey's bar. I forgot my fruit!! :(

Iceberg and Romain lettuce give me horrible cramps! Apparently my grandmother gets it too. I just started eating baby and frill type lettuces. O, an green bell peppers make my lips go numb, but red, yellow and orange are fine. How weird is that??

if they have a vegetarian menu order off that- no meat at all! I know many sushi places also have non sushi items- tempura is one of my favs! It's lightly battered shrimp or chicken and veggies.

I rather like the healthy choice steamers. If you eat one of those and a side salad or a piece of fruit it's not that many more calories then a cooked at home dinner. I would 100% make sure to eat supplement fruits and veggies because no TV dinner will keep you full very long.

honestly a food scale is the best way- there are some very inexpensive ones at Walmart or Kmart. Just put the bread/salad on it first and zero it out, then put on the tuna or what not and it will give you the amount of sandwich filling. I really enjoying playing except the egg hatching doesn't seem to always track correctly. I went for a five mile bike ride (about 8km) and my 5 km egg only registered 1.5 km. :(

If I eat just a veggie salad I am never full!
