I would look up your state's laws, look it up in your company's policy book, then go to your manager with the attitude of, "I don't want to cause the company trouble, but we might be breaking the law/not following company policy" If those are the company's rules then you are entitled to those breaks.

Some people are naturally slim. My friend is just a little over 5 feet, 110 lbs soaking wet, near 40 years old with a kid. And I've seen what she eats. She's Italian and Sicilian so lots of pasta and she drinks regular soda. She also has great skin and looks 10 years younger then she is!

My brother has celiacs and he's gained quite a bot now that his body isn't acting like it's being poisoned! Bisquick makes a gluten free mix that is great for cookies, pizza and breads. Things like avocado and peanut butter can also had some tasty calories to your day (not mixed together though!)

My brother (who has it) says nothing really helps when he accidentally (or on purpose, stupid McD fries!) eats gluten. He tends to just sleep it off as much as possible. For him, he's figured it out it's really not worth it to eat it on purpose, but sometimes you makes a mistake.

I asked my nutritionist about and and after she stopped laughing she told me not to use it and stick with olive oil. If you like the taste that's fine, but it's so expensive and apparently not any better for you.

Actually, it is the "trendiness" of going gluten free that has driven the price point up.
