I don't think fasting of any kind is good for you. If I skip a meal I get dizzy spells and trust me this gets worse over time. You can have a lower calorie lunch to eat a high cal dinner. I do that all the time.

I only wanted to loose 10 lbs but I am also 5' 4" and eat 1200 and I'm not loosing anymore. I was doing fine at 1500 but I got impatient and I find it so hard to eat 1200 I keep binging and gaining back loosing gaining back. So maybe set it to 1 lb a week and bump up your cardio. I'm 5' 4" and 114 currently. I think my pant size is partly because I have narrow hips but yeah I think maybe I haven't caught on to the change in my body yet but I for sure want more muscle. It tells me to have 1560 for maintence. But yeah I think I think give that a try

I don't think it's too young at all. I would never suggest a child count calories but I would look into her needs and make sure she is eating enough as children have high metabolisms. I think my bmi is 19 or 20 currently. I'm trying biking now as that worked my legs a lot in the past. My friend knows a bodybuilder and he said if you want tone and not bulk up you should do lighter weights but more reps. Is this true? Or is body weight better. So I just have to accept my meaty thighs? That stinks. If I loose much more weight I will be underweight but my thighs still look bleh. Well if I can't have slim legs I at least want hem to be strong

Great suggestions, I'm still pretty new to this. I had no clue before how to eat heathy but I know I need to stop making poor choices. It will help if my partner didn't wanna eat out multiple times a week but I see now I can still eat healthy
