So I just have to accept my meaty thighs? That stinks. If I loose much more weight I will be underweight but my thighs still look bleh. Well if I can't have slim legs I at least want hem to be strong

Uggghh I have the same problem but when I tell people I wanna eat healthy and get in shape they think I'm anorexic. My family and boyfriend are overweight and make poor food choices all the time and it's hard to stay on track around them. So yeah what do you do

They actually aren't that thin, Adrianna Lima is 135 at 5' 10" still pretty thin but not 100. Keep in mind she has a personal trainer

Great suggestions, I'm still pretty new to this. I had no clue before how to eat heathy but I know I need to stop making poor choices. It will help if my partner didn't wanna eat out multiple times a week but I see now I can still eat healthy

That is exactly what I am going through right now. I'm almost my goal weight and I still have flab I'm like wtf. I was wondering if I need to loose more or build muscle but I think this answers my question

Get on all fours lift your leg up at 90 and slowly keep lifting your leg up in the air you should really feel it in your butt, on all fours lift leg out to the side slowly. If this is still too hardon your knees you can stand against a wall point your foot behind you and slowly kick bAckwards. Works greAt for my butt

Well starving myself into the hospital isn't gonna get me where I want either and if you saw I'm not actually over weight so I think I will be ok. I said whenever not whatever. I think clearly I need to start slow and not ignore my body when it tells me I'm hungry and keep my nutrition in check. Seems so obvious now

I was 112 last year and still looked and felt healthy but I had two jobs at the time and I'm a lot less active now I ate 2000 cals today and felt a lot better. I think I might just have to bump up my exercise.

It tells me to eat 1540 a day and I set it to 1 pound a week. I'm 5' 4" and currently 119 I would like to get to 109 but even 114 would be great. I'm having the opposite problem I meet my calorie goal and find myself starving for most of the day but I'm used to eating well over 2000 cals a day anyone have advice for that I know eat more food that's better for you but I'm still hungry
