  • It's not my current routine, it was something I did in the past, I don't think I worded my original post very well. I'm aware I don't currently work out 3 hours a day, lol. My dog is a 1 year spry pup and I do get a good brisk walk in, but not enough to break a sweat.
  • Increased caloric deficit, increased endurance.. I don't mean ramp it up by an additional 30 minutes or anything, but would an additional 5-10 mins be a good place to start? I've been consistent with the gym for 2 months now and I've noticed a definite improvement in my stamina so I'd like to continue to build upon that
  • I know I shouldn't be trying to lose weight fast! Old habits just die hard :) I lost over 110lbs in 8months years ago by over-exercising/under-eating, and I know it's not sustainable, because I gained it all back. Then went through periods of unmedicated anxiety and depression where I would not exercise at all. Thus, here…
  • I'm struggling with this so bad right now. I started on the lowest dose but now I'm on my third week at 1.8 and I'm having the hardest time! I take it at bedtime, but I'm constantly yawning and foggy throughout the day... I hope this goes away :( I won't be able to stay on this if the fatigue keeps up. I need to be really…
  • eggs or oatmeal keep me full. but, try a protein shake or protein bar. i like quest's stuff. they have 20g protein, are low in carbs/sugar, and keep you full.
  • I have lost a ton of weight before on a low carb diet (as mentioned in my above reply, I lost about 110lbs in a year a few years back) so I definitely know I can lose weight; I'm not really making excuses. I just find a low-carb diet is very difficult to sustain over a long period of time and tends to make me feel lower in…
  • That's my problem. I lost a ton of weight before (doing low carb as well), but I struggle to sustain that diet over a long period of time (I lost about 110 pounds over a year's time). I'm down about 26lbs now but have a lot more to go, again. :( I think that's why I am getting frustrated, the loss isn't happening as fast…
  • I lost 100 pounds, and I only went down a cup size, but they weren't particularly HUGE to begin with (I was a C and went to a B). They definitely "deflate" though. I found doing chest exercises to build muscle in that general area helped keep things as perky as they could be :)
