I'm usually off my calorie count by a couple hundred. I eat, I'm full, therefore I'm content! I just really try to eat healthy. Exercise has been hard, we have been on vacation for 13 days and have like 5 more days. Just try to keep your calories at its count. Do your best!

If your knees hurt lots aw a orthopedic. Have had my left knee replaced 3 times in 4 years. 1st when I was 37 net 2 by 41, only because I thought I could do more because I was young! Swimming is great for me! True you strengthen your muscles not your knees.

I'm on vacation.. I've have fish, salads and grilled chicken salads lots. A little lite dressing with lemon on top! We have another week before we start home. We to are in Illinois. Family and lots of food!! I'm managing and lots of exercise!!

One day at a time! Log everything you eat and drink! It will surprise you! Make goals, follow through and be positive & determined. I tell you when you lose a size top and bottom, it's a motivator!!!! Exercise, even if it's walking only a little to start! You CAN DO THIS!!

Hey if you don't eat it, you will end up on a binge with it! I eat/cheat with ice cream. But I stay order my calories every day. Lots of exercise too! You can do it!!

Hit me up! I've been using for 10 days, but dieting for a couple months. Have lost 18 # so far! The app helps, but so do the people! On vacation now and it's hard to get all my exercise in. I'm still trying hard however. 16 more days, I do not want to gain back!
