Last did a progress update in June, here is current progress. Total of 47 pounds lost. Teetering on the brink of skinny fit at 187 lbs @ 6'2". Going to try to bulk up 8-10 pounds in next 6 months. Petrified to fail eager to succeed.

If you need alternate source to meat, try Kidney beans (red or white) or chick peas.

I have a 3/4 cup of oat bran mixed with cream of wheat with half a teaspoon of cinnamon and a scoop of whey protein, filling and yummy and you can add fruit if you like or a spoon of peanut butter instead of cinnamon.
