High protein breakfasts that are not eggs or Greek yogurt or protein smoothies

I like eggs I just can't have them so often. I eat a lot of yogurt, but I eat the regular kind - Greek is too thick for me. Regular yogurt really doesn't have as much protein as I want.
Any ideas? I just need some variety.

Low carb/high protein tortilla with deli meat and cheese.
Oatmeal with protein powder and nuts/pb2/nut butter
Then you don't have to eat breakfast food so possibilities are endless.0 -

I found i had to change my idea about breakfast food. I still eat a fair amount of omelettes but am now trying to make an extra serving of dinner to reheat, especially if it is a stir fry chicken or meat meal. Metwurst, cheese and a few salad veg eg tomato cucumber etc makes a tasty quick brekky. I'd be happy to hear other suggestions as i find breakfast the most challenging meal especially if you're in a hurry.1

Cottage cheese with fruit is a good option.
I also eat dinner leftovers for breakfast sometimes.4 -
I have a 3/4 cup of oat bran mixed with cream of wheat with half a teaspoon of cinnamon and a scoop of whey protein, filling and yummy and you can add fruit if you like or a spoon of peanut butter instead of cinnamon.1

Toasted Eggo whole wheat waffle or english muffin topped with a slice of cheese and a slice of ham or a JD turkey sausage patty
Beans a rice; scrambled egg whites with cheese and salsa
Mix equal amount amounts of Fage with Danon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt. Add fruit and/or brand cereal.0 -
In egypt we eat a dish call Fool. Its high in protein and very filling and is sold at food carts to hard workers who need energy for all day.
In a pan, drop a tsp of ghee. Sautee minced garlic, diced red bell pepper on med low. I like to add a chili pepper too but thats optional.
Add a diced tomato.
Then, add a can of drained fava beans and as the cook, smash them up a little.
Add cumin powder, salt, pepper and a tbsp of vinegar.
Thats it. You can even mix eggs into it. Its normally eaten with flat thin pita,bread.8 -
Sometimes I like to have a bowl of cereal and milk with fresh strawberries or blackberries mixed in. I use high protein milk and add a scoop of protein powder to up the protein content.1

You can always thin down Greek yogurt with some kind of low calorie milk. My husband does this and eats it with cereal and sliced fruit. Or you can mix in some cottage cheese instead; it has a similar amount of protein as Greek yogurt.
You may be able to find protein fortified pudding mixes, and I think that might be tasty with fruits or other grains.
Fat-free cream cheese or mozzarella could probably be creatively combined with toast and breakfast meats like bacon, sausage, or ham if you want something savory.
And in El Paso (lived there 4 years), it's not unheard-of to have beans with breakfast.1 -
I had chicken thighs with brussel sprouts and broccoli this morning. One day I had pork chop and boiled cabbage. Breakfast can truly be anything you want to eat.2

There are some new high protein cereals available. I have not tried them, but my son thinks they are great.0

I use to buy those Morningstar Farms Breakfast Sausage Patties in the frozen food aisle. I have also made my own breakfast sausage. Dr. Oz's Total 10 Sausage recipe was good. I did use less sage the second time I made it. doctoroz.com/recipe/total-10-turkey-breakfast-sausage

Or a breakfast sandwich whith just ham and potatoed if you dont want egg.
Or yummy blueberry pancakes.
Or, i kno this isnt breakfast but tuna in the morning for if you dont want to cook its just one hole tomato choped, 1/4th of an onion choped, one jalapeño diced, and one can of tuna mix in a bowl and squeez a lime or 2 on ig i like mine really sour i eat it with tostadas and rits or those little saltine crakers sometimes i like to put some corn in it

Crepes stuffed with your choice of ground meat. They're delicious with some sour cream. You make them, stuff them, and freeze for up to a month. All you need to do in the morning is take out a couple and pan fry them in a bit of butter for a couple of minutes to brown them. They are also perfect to go since the are self contained and don't require elaborate plating. One of the very few ways I enjoy meat.

Ooooo I like this crepe idea. I'd probably modify your suggestions to dumb down the cals a bit but still a fantastic idea I found a recipe online for whole grain crepes with the crepe alone being 6g of protein not to mention whatever you stuff it with. eatingwell.com/recipes/whole_grain_crepes.html I know what I'm having tomorrow!1

I make crepes a lot. My favorite is with ham, swiss, and a fried egg. Or smoked salmon and boursin cheese. Using seltzer is the batter sounds very odd to me though! I just use more milk (more protein!). I make mine with whole wheat pastry flour (then you don't even need all purpose flour at all).1

I love me some Fuul!!! Beans: it's what's for breakfast! We used to eat it with hard boiled eggs or maybe some hard cheese, 7aish (more or less pita) and some fresh fruit when I lived in Alexandria. I can find the beans at our local Mediterranean market most of the time. I'm actually soaking a pot right now to cook for tomorrow!1 -

I just did this yesterday, and it was really tasty! I have Kashi GOLEAN Crisp Cinnamon Crumble cereal - which is really yummy by itself - but I take 1/2 cup of that and 1/4 cup of All-Bran, crush up the All-Bran really good and mix them together. Add 1/2 cup of Bolthouse Farms Protein Plus Vanilla Bean, 1/4 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries and 2-3 sliced up strawberries. Kind of high in carbs, but also a good chunk of protein, and it's like a dessert to me! Lol! I get the Bolthouse protein shakes when they go on sale here, 2 of the big 32oz ones for 6$ is a great deal imo. But you could also just use vanilla protein powder and milk I suppose!
I also love smoked salmon on toasted rye bread with dill, especially with a little avocado added (poached eggs usually go with it though lol)0
