Back again a little late. Got really discouraged and gave up last round. So frustrating to not have that scale change more than a pound up and down for the last month. Just back from vacation so feeling the after effects. Broke through the dreaded 200lbs for me last round but shot back up on vacation. Going to kick it in gear again.
