Originally my sugars were really high. Took 2 months to go down. Also I had to stop eating most carbs like bread, pasta and rice. Now I only eat fruit carbs and beans. My sugars stay under 140 during the day but I have a problem for my morning readings they are 160. I really don’t want to be on too many pills long term…

Been using MFP since 2013 lost 60 pounds with it. Over the years I’ve gained the weight back. So I’m back at it and I’ve lost 10 pounds already. Hoping to keep it going and get this weight off.

Mainly my problem is when i am at work. When im home it is some what easier because i dont keep food in the fridge i can snack on. I try to stay busy at work but right now its slow which it is really hard not to cave in since everyone brings snacks.. and not just because its the holidays they always seem to bring snacks.…

Yes. I was a 38DD sometimes DDD depending on the bra. I felt exactly like you. I even considered reduction because all the women in my family eventually got reductions. After losing a lot of weight for the third time I lost 3 cup sizes. Now I miss them lol I have tried many different sports bras and still not found one…

I have been on multiple different birth control pills as well as the Depo shot all made me gain weight. Within the first year of me being on the Depo I gained 40 pounds. I've stop taking birth control because of all the weight gain.

I would like to weight 160. Be able to run five minutes straight. Build upper body strength. Be able to do pull ups and chin ups. Also gain muscle :)

It's awesome. I love it! The only time I can run is at night. Getting up early is not for me. So far I can run 3 minutes straight I can't wait until I can run 5. One thing is I repeat days because only running 3 times a week is not enough for me, so I run 4 or 5 with two days rest.
