The "/" means divided. Total calories in the pot divided by weight food in grams equal how many calories in 1 gram of food. Then multiply it by 100 to know how many calories are in 100 grams. You can also cross multiply. Comes out the same.

I normally eat 2 eggs and make a piece of toast using Dave's killer bread (2g of fat, 250mg omega 3, 22g whole grains) and top it with Greek yogurt and w.e fruit I have in my house. around 300 calories depending how much yogurt and the type of fruit.

Thanks, when I was learning about ketosis, it was in biochem and we were going over ketosis, acidosis, diabetes, etc everything so i might have gotten a little mixed up.

I'm studying nutrition... eating that low seems... pretty dangerous... I don't know much about the keto diet. except that your body starts to burn fat instead of carbs but... you can also mess around with your blood pH and your brain does need carbs to function. Is there a specific reason why you are doing Keto?
