143....pump issue last night though. My own fault, should have taken care of it over night but apparently my brain thought staying in bed was more important :D

Yes I am generally pretty good thanks  Considering I have been diabetic from a young age I have no neuropathy and only a very mild retinopathy that is just being monitored in one eye. I am a firm believer that it isn't just bad eating habits that make a diabetic. Does it contribute? Certainly...but if it were…

Yes...I used to have a big problem with that dawn phenomenon. I found a late night snack with some protein and a little fat held my blood sugar during the night more stable and I didnt get as much of a morning liver dump.

I think maybe if its early there can be some reversal...especially in the more "pre-diabetic" stages. For someone like me though...it will never reverse. I was diagnosed at the age of 15 and I was a "normal" active teenager. I gradually lost pancreatic function over the years until now I make only a trace of insulin. I use…

Hope it is OK to join this group...I am no longer 300+, but I carried 335 pounds on this 5'2 body a couple of years ago so I hope that counts...I can certainly relate to the struggle! I lost 140 pounds and have now gained back almost 50 of it *sigh*. Here I am again trying to get a grip on myself! :D

Happy to add you  Anyone can feel free to add me!

Happy to add you...you can do it :)

Great job! I am trying to get myself organized so I can make it there today too

You can do it. I once carried 335 pounds on this 5'2" body. Am I still over weight? Sure...its a constant struggle. But I am far from where I was...and working to get to where I need to be. Anyone feel free to add me

I started back...but mine is always open...the good, the bad, and the ugly...
-
Its a number on a scale...it represents your body mass in relation to gravity  Don't give it more power than that. You have lost inches, you have gained muscle, your clothes fit better and I bet you are healthier now than you were then. Looks like an all around win to me! Keep plugging along. Make sure that you are…

I am here starting again. I know I can be successful...I have done it before. Its just easy to go back to old ways. Mine is open and will stay open...the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I am in the same boat...you are not alone!
-
You can do it...its tough I know. I have lost a lot and regained. Here I am again. The hard part is keeping it going when it can be so easy to just slide back into old habits. One day at a time. I am starting again with MFP. I am also keeping a daily planner. My life is so hectic that I found it was easy to forget to take…

Amazing job!

Me too! Back again. Now I need to lose what I gained back plus some! Lost 140 pounds a couple of years ago...gained back almost 50....now I need to lose that plus some...grrrr. Nothing worse than sabotaging your own efforts! Anyone can feel free to add me :)
-
I would be happy to add you. Anyone can add me if they like
-
Good for you! A couple of years ago I lost 135 pounds. I wasnt at goal...I still need to lose at least another 70. I let life get in the way.I was in grad school and it became a good excuse to slide back into old habits. I promptly gained back almost 50 pounds of what I had lost. Its hard to be honest with other people…
