I am the OP and I LOVE seeing/hearing what every one has for dinner!!! Tonight's dinner for me was 555 calories. It is 2 soft tacos with leftover pulled pork, black beans, cheddar and avocado...so freaking good!!

Life is not worth living if I can't have my 2 cups with 2 tsp sugar and 2 Tbs creamer. I feel 150 calories a day is a small price to pay to keep myself out of prison...because if I couldn't have coffee I just may kill the first person who comes at me early every morning!!

I need to actually eat food or I never feel satisfied. I honestly think I could drink 3 meal replacement shakes for a meal and still not feel satisfied. I just love food and eating and can never be satisfied with just drinking something.

It's Oreos for me. If they are in my house, I cannot stop thinking about them. I will make 100 trips into the pantry and get "just one"...until the bag is empty. I swear if I'm really quiet I can hear them calling my name in there!!

I eat mangos frequently and I have a food scale. I have yet to find a 100 calorie mango...unless you're talking about the small, yellow ones. Typically I see 150 - 175 in a regular size mango.

I'm right there with ya!!! Other people tell me I look fine, thick is in, we don't care what you look like...well I DO!!! and even more importantly I care how I feel and I care about my health.

Most days I am up before 5...get to work at 6. I have 2 cups of coffee and then around 9:30 - 10 I eat my breakfast...most days that is yogurt and some type of fruit.

Thank you for all the positive replies. I stressed about it a bit yesterday but once I logged it I felt better and was truly able to let it go. Got up this morning feeling refreshed and with dedication to continue on this journey...41 lbs to go!!
