I ate 6 different fruit/veg today...onions and peppers in an omelet for breakfast, carrot sticks and an apple with my sandwich for lunch and roasted Brussels sprouts with grilled chicken for dinner and mango for dessert. I love so many different fruits and veg...which ones did you eat today?

Happy Scale Results!!!
Super happy to report the scale read 186.0 this morning! That's 26 lbs down from my high of 212 and 36 lbs to go to goal. It felt really great to get past the 25 lb mark. Seemed like it was taking FOREVER to hit that milestone but I recently added in some weight training and that definitely seems to have helped.

Cooked or raw weight? Conflicting database items.
When I look up meat like chicken or beef in the database, are the calories listed for raw weight or cooked weight. For example, today I searched for "beef, tenderloin".
