I am bottom heavy, bubble butt...I can't sink to save my life...can't make it to the bottom of a pool, can't lay on the bottom like hubby can...my butt always floats up...no joke...I have my own, on board personal flotation device!!

Fast food is crazy high in sodium.

Coffee, yogurt, berries of some sort and 30g of Fiber One cereal...this is my breakfast every day that I work. When home I frequently have avocado toast with a fried egg on top.

How could anyone possibly know the answer to this question? I don't believe there is a scientific study that was able to isolate WHICH calories a body is burning...there is no bodily function that indicates breakfast calories should be burned now, ok, switch to lunch calories. It's an impossible to answer question...and…

For short term, probably won't hurt you...but completely unnecessary.

Mango, pineapple, bananas, grapes...all lower calorie than say Reese's or Snickers but among the higher fruits...just my luck.

I don't log on vacations, Thanksgiving or Christmas. I eat what I want and get back on track the next day.
-
I measure and log what I measure...if there is any left in the pan, like after frying an egg, I pour that butter over my eggs!!! If I'm counting the calories, I'm eating the food!!

Typically I gain 2 or 3 around that time of the month but it has been as much as 7. I do weigh myself every day for the very reason you stated. I helped me get over the disappointment of the once a week weigh in when I didn't lose. Now I realize that I may have actually lost that week but that particular day I was probably…

I find the cal in vs out display on Fitbit is so confusing...part of the day I'm on track, part of the day I'm under, have dinner and I'm over but the next day it shows as on track. I can't follow it. I took the advice from folks here to just use the MFP numbers and it makes so much more sense to me. Editing....I just…

Just started back today after a 2 week stay-cation. I do not log or worry about what I eat during vacations...the result...4 lb gain. It's hard as hell to lose 4 lbs in 2 weeks but easy as pie (and brownies and homemade bread, etc) to gain it.

I am also a former WW...got completely sick of points and absolutely despised how they weighted things with sugar or fat so heavily with points. I used the MFP calculator and have lost 12 lbs since starting about 2 months ago. Calorie counting makes so much sense to me...I have no idea why I never tried it before. I will…

I had a butterscotch hard candy today and was pleasantly surprised to discover it was only 20 calories.
-
I had a Frito-fest yesterday....I logged it and it was NOT pretty, even with estimating it was ridiculous high. Today I'm just acting like it didn't happen....planned my breakfast and lunch, logged it, packed it...will have a good supper within my calorie goals...pretty much just ignoring that it happened and moving on.

Avacado...I love it to replace mayo in tuna or egg salad.

A breakfast foldover I make with 1 egg cooked in 1/2 tsp butter, 14g extra sharp cheddar wrapped up in a low fat, low carb tortilla.

Are you counting the calories in it or are you asking if it's ok to eat a little without tracking. Oils are high calories for little amounts so as long as you are measuring and tracking, of course it's fine.

My calories sync over to my Fit bit app as as total calories per meal, not individual food entries.

Another option is maybe have friends over to your home, maybe game night kinda thing. You control the food and drinks and still enjoy the social benefits. My husband and I never eat out...I mean literally maybe once a year. We both love to cook and we find we are always disappointed by the quality of restaurant food. We do…

Happens to me when I eat too much fat/grease after eating lighter for a while...pizza does it every time!

I wish I hadn't opened this thread until after breakfast...

Right now it would be a very big slice of pistachio cake...on an ongoing basis I'd probably choose ice cream.

Impossible for me to choose just one favorite...favorit fruit - mango, favorite veggie - cucumbers or carrots, favorite starch - pasta, favorite dairy - cheese...I love food!

I eat my calorie goal 1290 and I also eat back about 1/2 - 3/4 of my activity calories I earn so yes I trust it and yes I consistently lose weight doing so. ETA I currently have 34 lbs to go.
-
Working on it...so far 1 cup of coffee. Will have another cup of coffee and then I'm thinking Denver omelet.
-
My daily goal is 1290 and I don't remember the last time was ate that little. I have my Fitbit sync'd with MFP and I eat back about 1/2 - 3/4 of my exercise calories...typically eating between 14oo - 1600 daily. 1200 is just so little food I would NEVER be able to sustain that.

Malnourished has nothing to do with how you look.

I have 2 cups per day, each with 2 teaspoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of sweet cream creamer. I love it and I will never change it. It is worth every single one of the 190 calories it costs me daily.

The Wild Rose Cleanse will be successful for you if your purpose is to get rid of some extra money that you no longer need. Your organs do all the cleansing your body needs.

I got in the habit years ago with a bad bout of acid reflux of not eating 2 hours before bed. That completely stopped my acid reflux problems and I've mostly kept to that habit. I'm not 100% with it and it has nothing to do with my weight loss.
