    Willy Wonka chewy spree and sweetarts are my go to for candy cravings. You can have like 8 pieces for only 50 calories, or the whole roll for 150.

    Look for hard candies sweetened with sorbitol.

    I had a butterscotch hard candy today and was pleasantly surprised to discover it was only 20 calories.
